摘要
军事物流外包风险直接关系到外包策略的实现。建立了评估指标体系，基于物元分析理论构造了物元分析模型，并运用模糊层次分析法确定评估指标的权重，通过计算待评物元对评估等级的关联度，评估风险等级。应用实例说明了评估模型的可行性和可靠性，为军事物流外包工作提供了一种方法。
The risk of military logistics outsourcing is directly related to the implementation of outsourcing strategy. This paper established an evaluation index system and matter-lement analysis model based on its theory, fixed the weighting of evaluation element by adopting FAHP. The relevancy degree of matter element under evaluation was calculated to evaluate the rank of military logistics outsourcing risk.
