摘要
在简要分析车辆装备技术状况普查的基础上，构建车辆装备质量评估指标体系，应用层次分析法与德尔菲法确定权重，建立了加乘混合评估模型。为科学、客观评估车辆装备质量提供了一种有效方法。
Based on the brief analysis of vehicle technical condition,a mixed evaluation model with addition ＆ multiplication was well established in this paper by using the AHP and Delphi analytical method. It can provide an effective method for valuing the vehicle equipment quality.
