摘要
以钢筋混凝土空间框架结构倒塌全过程试验为背景,研制了微机控制液压加载装置。加载装置由反力架、加载器、油源、PC控制系统等组成,详细介绍了加载装置的设计、制作与安装过程。该加载装置具有造价低、操作简单、性能稳定、应用广泛等特点,不仅适用于倒塌试验,而且能满足其他同类试验。详细介绍了该加载装置在倒塌试验中的应用,验证了该装置的可靠性,为其他高校开发类似装置提供参考。
Based on experimental study on the whole collapse damage process of RC spatial frame structures, microcomputer control hydraulic loading is developed. The experimental device consists of reaction system, loading system, oil source and PC control system. This paper explains the design, production and installation process of the experimental device. The device has several advantages such as low-cost, easy to operate, stable to perform, broad for application which is not only widely suitable for collapse test, but also for other similar tests. Finally, this paper describes the successful application of the device to collapse experiment which proves the reliability of the device and provides references to other universities for similar devices.
