摘要
为解决分析化学实验中的微量化问题,研制了一种适于开展微量滴定分析实验用的新型微量滴定管和实验方法,并与50.00mL标准滴定管进行了酸碱滴定法、氧化还原滴定法、配合滴定法和沉淀滴定法的平行测定比较,其测定精密度和准确度无显著性差异,且数据一致性和重复性好,操作更加便捷,非常适用于分析化学实验。
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to trace quantities of titrimetric analysis during the teaching reform of university analytical chemistry experiment, this article designs a new microburette and an experimental method that are appropriate for the analytical experiment of microtitration in unversities. The results of the parallel determination between this new microburette and the conventional one in acid-based titration, oxidation-reduction titration, complexometric titration and precipitation titration were compared by mathematic statistics methods, which show that there is no significant difference between these two burets on precision and accuracy. Besides, the data has a good consistence and repeatability and the new microburette is easy to operate.
