摘要
为了在虚拟维修训练系统中客观、准确、科学地评价训练人员的维修技术水平,提出了一种基于标准维修操作流程的评价方法.依据评价指标选择原则,构建了基于标准维修操作流程的虚拟维修训练评价指标体系,通过训练人员实际维修操作流程与标准维修操作流程的对比,校验评价指标在两个操作流程中的相关性,进而通过数学计算实现对训练人员维修技术水平的评价.最后通过实例分析,表明了该方法的可行性.
For purpose of evaluating the trainers’maintenance technical levels objectively,accurately and scientifically,this paper proposes a sort of evaluation method based on standard maintenance operating process.According to the principles of evaluation index selection,the virtual maintenance evaluation index system based on standard maintenance operating processes is established,by comparing the trainers’practical maintenance operating process to the standard one,the correlation of the evaluation indices in those two operating processes is checkedand the evaluation of the trainers’maintenance levels are carried out by using some math calculation,in this paper.Finally,by example analysis,it is demonstrated that the proposed method is of feasibility.
