摘要
市场经济条件下如何搞活国有企业一直是我国经济体制进一步深化改革的难题。企业家对国有企业经营的成败具有特别重要的作用 ,关键是怎样调动他们的积极性 ,也就是对企业经营者如何进行激励。以前对企业经营者的激励主要以精神激励为主 ,现在则必须以物质激励为主。从另一方面来讲 ,制度化的激励机制也是治理当前企业家阶层普遍存在的以获取个人利益为主要目的的“灰色”与“黑色”收入盛行的手段 ,即可以在一定程度上杜绝企业家的腐败和以权谋私。
Under the Conditions of Market Economy How to Make A Validity of State-owned Enterprises Is Always A Difficult Problem concerning Further Deepen the Reform of Economic System of Our Country.Enterprisers Play A Special Role for the Success or Failure of the Management of State-owned Enterprises.The Key Problem Is How to Mobilize Their Positive Factors.In Other Words Is How to Encourage the Managers of Enterprises.Formerly,Gave Encouragement to Managers of Enterprises Mainly Gave Them Spiritual Encouragement.Now We Should Give Them Material Reward.On the Other Hand Systemization Encouragement Mechanism Is Also Important.to Prevent Enterpriser′s Corruption and Seek for Private Interest Depend on His Rights.
