摘要
目的介绍医院图书馆馆际文献传递服务系统(Document Delivery Service,DDS)在医院图书馆联盟中的运用,以及网上免费资源(Open Access,OA)作为馆藏的重要补充所发挥的积极作用。方法通过医院图书馆医学文献全文服务中的实例分析,阐明馆际DDS和OA在医学文献全文提供中的作用。结果只要充分利用图书馆联盟内馆际DDS并且结合OA资源的补充,医院医护、教学、科研、管理用户的90%全文文献需求都能得到较为理想的解决。结论在优化本馆藏书资源的同时,有效利用馆际DDS和OA,提高全文提供率。
Objective The article introduced the implement of the Document Delivery Service in medical library union and the positive role that the open access played as the important complementarities of purchased medical database. Methods By the examples of medical full - text providing service, this paper illustrated the fact how DDS and OA affected the full - test providing. Results Through the effect seen above, nearly 90% of the full - text requirement of the users can be well settled. Conclusion While optimizing the purchased database, then make good use of the DDS and Open Access, it is possible to improve the effect of full - test providing service.
