摘要
目的观察裸花紫珠片用于人工流产术后预防感染的效果。方法选择2010年7月～2011年3月在门诊检查诊断为早孕(6～9w)要求终止妊娠的妇女180例,随机分为两组(n=90):裸花紫珠片组(Ⅰ组)和抗生素组(Ⅱ组)。Ⅰ组患者于术后当日开始口服裸花紫珠片1 g,每日3次,连服5天;Ⅱ组患者于术后当日开始口服头孢拉啶胶囊0.25 g,每日4次,连服3天。观察两组患者术后感染等情况。结果患者术后体温≥38.3℃、子宫及附件区压痛VAS≥5、阴道分泌物白细胞增多、术后盆腔感染的病例数Ⅰ组各为3例,Ⅱ组各为2例;宫颈分泌物衣原体检查阳性Ⅰ组2例,Ⅱ组1例,组间比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),术后1w仍有阴道出血的病例Ⅰ组3例,Ⅱ组11例,组间比较差异有显著性(p<0.01)。结论裸花紫珠片用于人工流产术后预防感染,与抗生素一样有良好的效果,且对人工流产术后出血有较好的止血作用,可以安全使用。
Objective Observation of Calliearpa nudiflora Tablets for prophylaxis effect on infection after induced abortion. Methods 180 patients diagnosed as early pregnancy and undergoing induced abortion were randomly assigned to 2 groups from 2010.07 to 2011.03. Group I Callicarpa nudiflora tablets was administered 1 g, po, tid for five days after surgery. Group II： Cefradine capsules were administered 0.25g, po, qid for three days after surgery. All patients＇ infection situa- tion were observed. Results Postoperative body temperature≥38.3 ℃, Uterus and annex area tenderness VAS ≥5, Leukocytosis vaginal secretions, pelvic infection each founded 3 cases in group I and 2 cases in group II; Cervical secretions check positive in group 12 cases of chlamydia, in Group II 1 case, comparison between the two groups difference was not statistically significant （p 〉 0. 05 ）, after a week 3 cases of group I continued vaginal bleeding, 11 cases of II group, comparison between groups difference is significant （p 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion The effect of Callicarpa nudiflora tablets on infection prevention after induced abortion is as good as that of antibiotics, while the hemostatic effect of Callicarpa nudiflora tablets is better than that of antibiotics, so it can be used securely.
