摘要
目的探讨足三里穴位注射维生素B_(12)治疗胃脘痛的疗效。方法 2011年1月～2012年1月80例胃脘痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各40例进行疗效的比较,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以足三里穴位注射维生素B_(12)。结果胃脘痛患者观察组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率70.0%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论足三里穴位注射维生素B_(12)治疗胃脘痛可以明显减轻患者临床症状,方法简单,安全有效,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vitamin B12 injection on acupuncture point（zu san li） for the treatment of epigastric pain. Methods 80 patients suffered from epigastric pain were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The patients in observation group received the vitamin Bt2 injection on acupuncture point（ zu san li）along with routine management. At the same time the patients in control group received routine management only. The determination of condition was performed in all the patients after treatment and then the clinic effectiveness was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates in the observation group and control group were 92. 5% and 70. 0% respectively, there was statistically significant difference（p 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Combination of vitamin B12 injection on acupuncture point（ zu san li） with routine management in treatment of epigastric pain is superior to routine management only. This is simple, safe, effective method and worthy of spread.
