摘要
欧元启动后 ,欧盟的跨国公司将可能借助低利率、低风险的欧元资本 ,加大对我国的投资。我们应密切关注欧元国家对外投资的新举措 ,改善投资环境 ,积极吸引欧盟的直接投资 ;欧盟对华政府贷款会在欧元启动后有所增加 ,而商业银行对华贷款可能会有所减少。随着欧洲统一资本市场的形成和启用 ,我国政府应改变主要发行美元债券的方式 ,增加发行欧元债券。
After Starting of European Dollars,the Transnational Corporations of European Union May with the Help of Low Rate of Interest、Low Risks of European Capital Strengthen the Investment for Our Country.We Have to Closely Concern the New Behave of Investment Abroad of the Nations belong to European Dollars.Improving Investment Environment,Attracting the Direct Investment from European Union Actively.The Loan will Give to China by European Union will be Increased after Starting of European Dollars.The Loan from Commercial Banks May Be Decreased.Accompanied with the Formation and Start of European Unified Capital Market,Our Government Should Decrease Issue US Dollars Bonds to Increase Issue European Dollars Bonds.
