摘要
目的探讨三七皂甙对五步蛇咬伤的治疗作用。方法将2011年4～11月我院收治的五步蛇咬伤3h内就诊的患者30例随机分为对照组(A组)21例,给予常规治疗;研究组(B组)9例,在常规治疗的基础上加用三七皂甙治疗。观察比较两组患者24h后磷酸肌酸激酶的变化以及肿胀程度的改善情况。结果 B组24h后磷酸肌酸激酶较A组下降,肿胀程度比A组减轻,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三七皂甙对五步蛇咬伤的疗效明显,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore therapeutical effect of panax notoginseng saponins in Agkistrodon acutus bite patients. Methods 30 patients for Agkistrodon acutus bite were selected from Apr 2011 to Nov 2011.9 case with panax notoginseng saponins were called study group（group A）, another 21 case with no panax notoginseng saponins were called control group（group B）. The changes of phosphocreatine kinase and swelling degree after 24 hours were observed. And contrasted the two groups. Results The value of phosphocreatine kinase and swelling degree after 24 hours in group A was lower than group B,statistical difference was significant in two group. Con- clusions Panax notoginseng saponins can oppose katogene of snake venine for part organism. It is worth clinical spread.
