摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法检索2005-2011年国内发表的中西医结合治疗激素依赖性皮炎临床试验的相关文献，采用RevMan5．0对符合条件的文献进行Meta分析。结果共有15篇文献，1749例患者满足纳入标准。与西药组相比，中西医结合治疗激素依赖性皮炎有效率的合并检验分析结果为：Z：12，P〈0．00001，合并后的OR值为4．2，95％的可信区间为（3．32～5．31）。结论中西医结合治疗激素依赖性皮炎是一种有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine therepy for patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods The relative literature concerning the clinical trials in treating patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis with therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine between 2005 and 2011 were retrieved, and Meta-analysis was made on the qualified literature by means of Review Manager 5.0 software. Results 15 randomized trials with 1749 patients met inclusion criteria. Compared with western medicine treatment group, the test results of the effective rate on the patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis with therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine was Z = 12 ,P 〈0. 00001 ,OR =4.2（95% CI, 3.32 to 5.31 ）. Conclusion Patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis with therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine could get better therapeutic effect.
