摘要
在亚洲金融危机、深化经济体制改革等国际国内形势影响下 ,我国经济中的一些矛盾和问题显现出来。对此 ,国家应采取有效的宏观调控措施。作为国家财政政策重要组成部分的税收政策 ,是国家调控宏观经济的重要杠杆。在目前的经济形势下 ,我们可以考虑通过调整税收政策 ,减轻企业负担 ,调整产业结构 ,促进技术进步 ,刺激消费 。
Under the effluence of the domestic and international situations such as Asia economic crisis and deepening economic system reform ect., some contradiction and problems in our economy occur. To solve the problems, the state has adopted a series of efficient macro control measures. The tax policy, the important part of state financial policy, is an important measure for state economic macro control. Under the present economic situation, we may consider to adjust tax policy to lessen the burden on the enterprise, adjust the enterprise structure, promote the technology update, stimulate consume, make the economy on the well recycle track.
