摘要
研究了10种黄酮类物质对海洋卡盾藻(Chattonella marina)、米氏凯伦藻(Karenia mikimotoi)生长的抑制作用.结果表明,黄芩素、黄芩苷对海洋卡盾藻的生长具有显著的抑制作用,抑藻活性大小为黄芩素>黄芩苷;黄芩素、黄芩苷和木犀草素对米氏凯伦藻抑制作用显著,抑藻活性大小为木犀草素>黄芩素>黄芩苷.黄酮类化合物对赤潮藻生长的抑制作用表现出一定的选择性.
In order to screen new efficient algicide with low toxicity and provide information on the control of HABs, the inhibitory effects of ten flavonoids substances on two typical harmful algae, Chattonella marina and Karenia mikimotoi, were studied in the present study. The results showed that baicalin and baicalein could effectively inhibit the growth of C. marina with inhibition rate as baicalein 〉 baicalin. Baicalin, baicalein and luteolin exhibited high inhibitory effects against K. mikimoto with inhibi- tion rate as luteolin 〉 baicalein 〉 baicalin. These results suggest that C. marina and K. mikimoto expressed different sensitivity to flavonoids, and some flavonoids had selective toxicity to the harmful algae.
