外后侧小切口交叉针治疗儿童Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨外后侧小切口交叉克氏针治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的应用效果。方法Ⅲ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折48例,采用外后侧小切口,克氏针张力钢丝内固定,术后石膏托外固定于屈肘90°、前臂旋后、掌心向上位,采用Flynn标准评定疗效。结果 48例患儿均获随访,随访4～73月,平均36个月。骨折全部愈合,术后6个月复查,功能恢复良好,按Flynn标准:优37例,良10例,可1例,差0例,优良率97.92%,无针尾部穿出切口造成的钉道感染,无医源性神经、血管损伤、异位骨化,1例轻度肘内翻(内翻角约6°)。结论肱骨髁上外后侧小切口具有显露清楚、操作简单、术后并发症少,是治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的有效方法。
