摘要
为解决传统的灰分校正方法中原煤灰分变化而同一理论分选密度下精煤预测灰分不变的问题,以便更好地进行精煤灰分在线预测,对东庞洗煤厂多个月份的原煤筛分浮沉资料和精煤资料进行了数据整理与分析,同时充分考虑了浮沉试验过程中灰分因素的影响,提出了基于灰分补偿的原煤浮沉灰分校正方法,并结合目标函数最优法,以选煤厂实际生产资料为例给出了具体的计算过程。
In order to solve problem in traditional ash correction method , when the raw coal ash content variation, but the forecasted clean coal ash unchanged under the same theoretical separation density, so to better on line predict the clean coal ash, analyzed the raw coal sieve float - and - sink data and clean coal data from Dongpang coal preparation plant, considering fully the influence of the ash factors at the same time, presents the correction method based on the ash compensation in the float - and - sink test ash of raw coal, combined with the optimal method of objective function, by taking the actual production data of coal preparation plant as a example, given the specific calculation procedure.
