摘要
介绍了Porel纤维的性能和特点,并阐述了采用Porel纤维纱线、蜂窝状纤维纱与涤纶低弹丝开发保暖针织面料的编织工艺、染整工艺,最后对织物的服用性能进行检测。结果表明,该面料的各项服用性能符合相关服用标准,可用于开发保暖内衣。
This paper introduces the properties and characteristics of Porel fiber,and mainly focuses on the knitting technology and dyeing and finishing technology of the developed thermal fabric knitted with Porel fiber,honeycomb shaped yarn and low-elastic polyester filaments. At last,the paper measures the wearing property of the developed fabric. The results show that all the wearing parameters meet the related standards and the developed fabric is suitable for development of thermal underwear.
