摘要
在盛装液体的压力容器中,静态状态压力是非均匀分布的,液体会产生流体静压并随深度而线性变化。本文使用COSMOSWorks对其进行静态流体力学的线性仿真分析,C OSMOSWorks使用"有限元法(FEM)"对压力容器零件模型进行网格化。由于容器壁厚度与其他尺寸相比较小,因此可使用"外壳"分析方法进行建模,然后对其指派材料,应用约束条件,并使用参考坐标系对其应用流体静力学压力,最后运行"研究"程序,在完成仿真分析之后,可观察到各种应力、形变、位移等结果,并可以根据分析结果自定义结果图解,为工程设计、产品设计提供了极大的方便。
In a pressure vessel full of liquid,there is an unevenly distributed pressure under the static state with the liquid producing hydrostatic pressure and having linear changes with depth.This paper has a hydrodynamic linear simulation analysis of the vessel with COSMOSWorks which uses FEM to grid the modeling pressure vessel part.In view of the thin container wall compared with its size,the "shell" approach could be adopted to modeling,and then to material assigning and constraints application,meanwhile it will use the reference frame for the application of hydrostatic pressure,and finally run the "research" program.After the completion of simulation,a variety of stress,deformation,displacement and other results can be observed,and the result diagram can be customized according to results analysis,so as to offer great convenience for engineering design and product design.
