摘要
涂层技术能很好地解决国防工业以及机械制造、市政工程、交通运输、电力、冶金、化工等国民经济领域中大量使用的钢铁等金属材料表面腐蚀、磨损等破坏问题。优秀的涂层材料能提高机械设备在高参数(高温、高压、高速、高效率和高度自动化)和极端工况条件下长期、稳定运行所需的表面性能。同时对该技术的种类、涂层的功能与应用情况作了简要介绍,并展望了该技术的发展方向。
Coating technology can deal with the surface corrosion and abrade of metallic material which is widely used in national defense industry,machinery manufacturing,municipal engineering,transportation,electric power,metallurgy,chemical industry,etc.Improved surface performance of material can significantly extend the life of mechanical equipments operating in extreme conditions,such as high temperature,high pressure,high speed,high efficiency and high automation.This paper introduces types of advanced coating,and the function and application of coating.Finally,the trend of the technology is discussed.
