摘要
本文从论证我国经济当前正遭遇“节俭悖论”这一观点入手，分析了我国当前执行的刺激内需政策效果不佳的原因，从中得出结论认为：针对当前的经济形势和改革的大环境，我国在选择和执行刺激内需的政策时，不应该把重点放在刺激消费需求上，而应该放在刺激投资需求上。
Starting from the point that our economy is encountering 'thrift paradox', this article has analyzed the reason why our policy of pulling demestic demand hasn't get the desired results. It further concludes that in line with the contemporavy economic situation and the big enviorment of reform, China should put more emphasis on stimulating investment demand instead of consumer one, when selecting or implementing the policy of stimulating demestic demand.
