摘要
技术创新是我国中小企业健康发展的重要因素。本文就结合中小企业的特点加快技术进步、提高技术创新能力、提升中小企业的技术层次和整体竞争力、加强政府对中小企业技术创新的扶持、改善中小企业发展的外部环境等问题，进行了探讨。
The technical renovation is of great importance to the healthy development of our small and medium - sized enterprises (hereafter referred as SMEs). This paper explores new ways to renovate technology in line with the characteristics o f SMEs. The main suggestions are: 1 ) to speed up the technological progress and improve technical renovation capacity of SMEs; 2) to promote technical level and competing ability of SMEs; 3) to enforce the government's support and improve the external enviorment in which SMEs will develop.
