摘要
改革是中国推进和实现现代化的必然选择。改革包括两个深刻的转变，即体制的转轨和结构转型。本文论述了中国进入２１世纪之后，继续坚持改革的必要性，并论证了改革与实现现代化的关系。
The reform which includes two profound changes in system and structure, is the inevitable choice for China to take to push forward and realize its modernization. This paper emphasizes the necessity that China should continue to persist in reform after entering 21th century, and explains the relationship between reform and modernization also.
