摘要
目的通过两种方法分析我院2008-2009年抗菌药物的使用情况,为医院抗菌药物合理应用及规范化管理提供有效参考依据。方法采用限定日剂量法和ABC分析法对我院2008-2009年抗菌药物及特殊使用抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计对照分析。结果两种分析方法结果基本吻合,2008-2009年我院抗菌药物品种数、销售金额变化不大,但用药频度逐年上升。结论用两种分析方法能更加全面地评价我院抗菌药物的应用情况。
Objective To analyze the application of antibacterial drugs with different methods,and provide reference for the rational drug use and standardized management in our hospital.Methods The application of antibacterial drugs including the antibacterial drugs used for special purpose in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 was analyzed by DDD and ABC analysis.Results Two analysis methods were basically consistent with the result.The drug kinds,consumption sum of antibacterial in two years had no significant change,and the DDDs of special antibacterials increased year by year.Conclusion Two analysis methods can be used for a more comprehensive evaluation of antibacterials use in our hospital.
