摘要
目的了解我院中医科治疗消化系统疾病药物的使用情况及趋势,为合理用药和科学管理提供依据。方法采用用药频度排序、用药金额排序等方法,分析我院中医科2009年消化系统药物的使用特点及趋势。结果单品种排序消耗金额最大的是注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠,用药频度排序首位的是注射用复方甘草酸苷。胆管肿瘤使用抗菌药物和营养药占70%,肝硬化食道静脉曲张使用营养药和内分泌的药物占80%,单纯结石使用抗菌药物和保肝的药物占60%,胆道梗阻使用抗菌药物的占近50%。结论应促进临床合理用药,减少药物不良反应,及时对专科用药情况进行用药分析。
Objective To analyze the current situation and the trend of development of the digestive system agents used in the department of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital,and provide the basis for rational drug use and scientific management.Methods The digestive system agents used in our hospital during 2009 were analyzed statistically by using the methods of frequency analysis and the order of amount of money.Results The largest amount of consumption in sort by single variety was STT.Compound Glycyrrhizin was in the first place in the sort by DDDs.The antibiotics and nutrition medicine use in bile duct cancer counted for 70%;the nutrition and endocrine medicines use in cirrhosis esophageal varices counted for 80%;the antibiotics and liver protection drugs use in simple calculus counted for 60%;the antibiotics use in biliary obstruction counted for 50%.Conclusion It is necessary to promote rational drug use,reduce the incidence of adverse drug reaction,and analyze the drug use of specialty.
