摘要
目的评价尼可地尔对稳定性心绞痛患者的疗效。方法分析2011年4-10月于我院心内科就诊的132例稳定性心绞痛患者,对照组68例,给予除尼可地尔以外的其他稳定性心绞痛常规药物治疗;药物观察组64例,在上述药物基础上加用尼可地尔5 mg,日3次口服,比较两组患者用药前至用药1个月后的疗效。结果治疗1个月后,对照组总有效率51.5%,药物观察组总有效率76.6%,较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);对照组与药物观察组不良反应发生率分别为5.9%与9.4%,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.52)。结论尼可地尔能够有效改善稳定性心绞痛患者的心绞痛症状,是稳定性心绞痛患者的有效治疗药物之一。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of nicorandil on stable angina.Methods 132 patients,hospitalized in our hospital from April 2011 to October 2011,were divided into two groups.68 patients in control group received regular drugs according to guideline,and 64 patients in treatment group took 5 miligrams nicorandil daily except regular drugs.Symptoms and electrocardiogram changes were investigated before and one month after treatment.Results After one month treatment,the effective rates in treatment group（76.6%） is significantly higher than that in control group（51.5%）.There were no significant differences in side effect of the two groups（P=0.52）.Conclusion Nicorandil is an effective drug to treat stable angina.
