摘要
目的探讨舍曲林合并个别心理治疗对青少年抑郁症的疗效。方法将132例青少年抑郁症患者随机分为2组:舍曲林治疗组(药物组)、舍曲林合并心理治疗组(综合组),分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、贝克抑郁自评问卷(BDI)在治疗前、治疗4周末、8周末进行评定。结果两组治疗4周末和8周末的HAMD、BDI评分均显著降低(P<0.01),但以综合组下降明显。综合组在治疗4周末和8周末的BDI评分与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);综合组在8周末的HAMD评分与4周末相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舍曲林合用心理治疗对青少年抑郁症的疗效优于单用舍曲林。家长教育是对青少年心理治疗的一种有益尝试。
Objective To explore the curative effects of sertraline combined with psychotherapy on juvenile depression.Methods 132 patients with juvenile depression were randomly divided into two groups：integrated group（treated with sertraline combined with psychotherapy）and drug group（treated with sertraline alone）.The curative effects were evaluated on the basis of HAMD,BDI scores after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment.Results HAMD,BDI scores two groups decreased at the end of 4 and 8 weeks respectively（P0.01）;the differences in BDI scores between the two groups were significant at the end of 4 and 8 weeks respectively;at the end of 8 weeks,HAMD score of Integrated group was significant lower than that at the end of 4 weeks.Conclusion Effect of sertraline combined with psychotherapy on juvenile depression is better than that of sertraline,and parental education is a good try for treating juvenile depression.
