对硝基苯甲酸乙酯合成方法的探讨

摘要 以自制的对硝基苯甲酸和无水乙醇为原料,在催化剂作用下合成了对硝基苯甲酸乙酯。考察了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间对对硝基苯甲酸乙酯收率的影响。结果表明:以无水三氯化铝作催化剂,三氯化铝用量为对硝基苯甲酸质量的16﹪,反应物配比12∶1,反应温度80℃,反应时间3 h,为最为合适的反应条件。 The ethyl p-nitrobenzoate was synthesized with ethanol and p-nitrobenzoic acid as raw materials by the catalyst. The influence of the reaction conditions, such as the influence of the species and amount of the catalyst, the reactant ratio, the reaction temperature, and the reaction time, upon the yield of the ethyl p-nitrobenzoate, were investigated. The result showed that, the most suitable reaction condition was got when the catalyst was A1C13, the amount of the catalyst A1C13 was 16% of the p- nitrobenzoic acid, the reactant ratio was 12: 1, the reaction temperature was 80 ℃, and the reaction time was 3 h.
