摘要
世界各国都已把高科技风险产业发展作为带动整个经济增长与发展的着重点和突破口。我国作为发展中国家 ,高科技产业处于起始和萌芽阶段。制约我国高科技产业的发展主要有六大障碍 ,即利益机制障碍 ,风险投资主体障碍 ,风险资本融资渠道障碍 ,风险资本私有制障碍 ,风险资本运行机制障碍 ,风险投资环境障碍。培育和完善我国风险资本市场机制的对策 ,包括思想认识、风险投资模式、管理办法、法制法规等几个方面。
Every country in the world has recognized the development of hi-tech venture capital industry as the key and breach of national ecnomic growth and development.As a developing country,our hi-tech industry is at the primary stage.There are six blocking factors restricting our hi-tech industry,that is the interest mechanism block,the venture investment object block,the private system block of venture capital,the operating mechanism block of venture capital and the environment block of venture investment.The countermeasures for cultivating and improving our venture capital market include the thinking on the venture capital,the model of venture investment,the management way,the law and rule,etc.
