三网融合信息服务产业构建基础理论的研究方向 被引量:6

摘要 基于科学存在原型结构的视野,考察三网融合信息服务产业构建基础理论的研究方向。通过考察有关三网融合的学术研究,凝析出三网融合信息服务工程物理功能参量。提出当前有关三网融合信息服务工程研究存在尚未构建三网融合信息服务工程认知本体结构和缺乏构建三网融合信息服务工程的物质根基等两大问题,从科学原理、工程范式、行为体制和语言载体上讨论了底层信息资源对于三网融合信息服务工程的基础性价值,得出底层信息资源是构建三网融合信息服务工程根基的结论。认为,三网融合信息服务工程的根本目的是构建三网融合信息服务产业,三网融合信息服务产业基础理论研究,应以底层信息资源体系创建为研究基础。 Based on the theory of prototype structure of scientific being(PSSB),basic theory is examined in the research on building tripleplay information services industry.By examining the research on the tripleplay,we have worked out information service engineering parameters of physical function.We have found two major issues: tripleplay service engineering research has not yet built cognitive subject of tripleplay project and lacks material base for tripleplay information service project.We have concluded from scientific principles,engineering paradigm,behavioral system and language carrier that the underlying information resources are of value to tripleplay information service project,and are the foundation for construction of tripleplay information service project.We argue that the fundamental purpose of the project is to build tripleplay information service industry,and that theoretical research of tripleplay information service industry should be based on the construction of underlying information resource system.
