银行业与证券业分合的动因在银行 ,分合之争的焦点在风险 ,而分合的时机与程度则决定于国情。未来我国分业经营政策将逐步放松 ,以适应新世纪我国对外开放和金融经济发展的需要。
The seperating and mixing reason in banking business and securities business is in banks ,the focus is in risk,the oppertuinty and degree is decided at national condition.In the future,the policy of seperating business in china will become loosen gradually in order to meet the demand of opening to the outside and developing finance &economy.
