摘要
针对发明专利申请中具有复杂结构特征的产品权利要求,分析这类权利要求的特点以及检索的难点所在,指出在检索时应当站在本领域技术人员的高度,能够有意识地从功能或原理上对检索关键词和分类号进行选取和扩展,以期快速、准确地检索出能评价新颖性、创造性的对比文件。
For product right requests with complex structural features on invention application, character of this kind of claim and difficulty of search are analyzed. Keywords and international patent classification symbol should be selected and extended from the angle of function or principle by examiner acting as a person skilled in the art, so as to quickly and exactly find the closely relevant document capable of affecting the novelty or inventive step of the technical solution.
