摘要
于2009年及2010年先后对9名学生标准化病人(SSP)进行培训,内容包括理论学习、病情模拟及综合演示,9名SSP均通过考核并完成内科护理学实践课SSP教学,教学效果良好。在SSP的培训中应重视SSP的个人素质要求,培训人数稍多于教学需要的SSP人数,注意对SSP进行医学知识的强化,重视SSP学生的反馈,以不断提高SSP培训效果。
Nine student standard patients (SSPs) were trained with related knowledge how to imitate patients' condition and comprehensive demonstration in 2009 and 2010. Nine SSPs passed examination and joined in teaching medical nursing successfully. Importance was attached to SSPs' personal qualities. The authors suggested that more trained SSPs be needed than SSPs applied in teaching actually, SSPs' medical knowledge be strengthened, and attention be paid to SSPs' feedback so as to promote the effect of SSPs' training.
