摘要
目的:分析我国循证医学的教学现状及教学效果,探索系统评价方法在教学评价研究中的应用。方法:收集1996年1月至2011年4月国内循证医学教学效果评价的文献,对符合纳入标准的文献进行质量评价,并对其研究内容、方法及结果进行整合分析。结果:共纳入15篇文献。循证医学教学能提高医学生的临床实践能力,试验组学生理论考试及临床技能考核的平均分均高于对照组。结论:循证医学为医学教育改革开辟了新领域,对培养高素质的医学生具有重要意义。
Objective: To analyze the teaching status quo and effectiveness of evidence-based medicine, and to explore the method of systematic review in the teaching research. Methods: Articles published between January 1996 and April 2011 in our country were searched. The overall qualities of included studies were assessed, and the main contents, methods and outcomes were combined into analysis. Results: 15 studies met the inclusion criteria. Evidence-based medicine curriculum may improve the ability of clinical practice. Data of meta-analysis indicated that scores of examination and clinical test in evidence-based medicine group were higher than those from control group. Conclusions: Evi- dence-based medicine opens a new era of the renovation of medical teaching, and has important influences on cultivating high qualified medical students.
