摘要
对应用于重型车辆的液力缓速器进行了CFD仿真和空损试验研究,结果显示空损较大,不能满足使用要求.为了降低空损,设计了挡片机构,安装后,再次试验,液力缓速器的空损大幅减小,所设计的降低空损机构行之有效,能够将液力缓速器的功率损失控制在一定范围内,满足了重型车辆的使用要求.
The CFD simulation and air losing experimental studies are carried on for heavy vehicle hydraulic retarder. The results show that air losing is very big and it can not satisfy the demands. In order to reduce air losing, a framework of block flake is designed. After fixed to test, the air losing of hydraulic retarder is reduced greatly. The framework of block flake can control power losing in certain area and meet the demands of heavy vehicle.
