摘要
针对大型水电机组调速器导叶反馈故障导致的事故,本文分析了目前采用的双冗余导叶反馈测量方式存在的某些不足,提出了导叶反馈信号三选二的冗余测量方法,并从硬件设计上给出了具体方案,同.时也从软件设计上进行了详细分析并提出了相关应用策略。作者认为采用该模式能进一步提高系统的安全性及可靠性。
Aiming at the accident was due to the guide vane feedback faults of governor of large hydro-power generating units, this paper analyzes the existing certain shortcomings of the mode of dual redundant guide vane feedback measurement, which is adopted at present, proposes the redundant measuring method of picking two from three for the guide vane feedback signals, and gives the specific scheme in the hardware design, meanwhile, analyzes in detail the software design and puts forward the relevant application strategy as well. The authors consider that the safety and reliability of the system could be further improved by using this mode.
