摘要
目的:探讨普外科临床教学中不同PBL教学模式对教学效果的影响,从而提高PBL教学质量。方法:研究上海交通大学医学院97名医学生,比较医学生对不同PBL教学模式教学效果的评价。结果:以提问—回答—讨论模式的PBL教学和以"自学—提问—讨论—解疑—总结"五步教学模式的"非经典"模式的PBL教学效果明显好于其他两种PBL教学方式。结论:PBL教学需要有一个小班化的环境,非经典PBL教学模式具有机动灵活、节省师资及课时的优点,可适用于目前外科学的临床教学。
Objective: To probe into the teaching effect of different modes of PBL on general surgery clinical teaching so as to improve the quality of PBL. Methods: Based on 97 students from Medical Academy of Jiaotong University, the authors compared the teaching effects evaluated by the students receiving different modes of PBL. Results: The mode of question-answer-discussion of PBL and the mode of self-study-questiondiscussian-explanation-smnmafization (non-classical mode) of PBL are significantly better than that of the other two modes of PBL. Conclusion: PBL needs an environment of the small class. Non-classical mode of PBL is fit to clinical teaching of general surgery arousing from its merits of agility and reducing teachers and period Of time.
