摘要
传统的教学法已不能满足现代医学教育的需求,课程整合在医学教育改革中起到了重要的作用,课程整合有利于临床思维的形成,有利于培养优秀的医学人才。哈尔滨医科大学从2005年开始实施医学基础学科的课程整合,2008年实施"以系统为基础"的临床课程整合,为全面实施课程整合打下了良好的基础。课程整合中的一些不足令教育改革者困扰。
The traditional teaching methods fail to meet the needs of modem medical education, so the curriculum integration, which is con- ducive to cultivating outstanding medical personnel, has played an important role in the reform of medical education. The integrated courses in preclinical medical sciences have been implemented since 2005, and the system-based clinical integrated curriculums have been implemented in Harbin Medical University since 2008, which have laid a good foundation for the full implementation of cttrriculum integration. The educa- tion reformers have been plagued by the disadvantages of curriculum integration.
