摘要
目的:通过对我国高等医学教育结构的分析,找出存在问题及其相关因素,提出相应对策,促进医学教育的改革和发展。资料与方法:利用《中国教育统计年鉴》等的数据,采用构成比进行统计描述。结果和结论:通过对院校类型结构、种类结构、体制结构、区域分布结构、层次结构、专业结构等的分析,得出了医学教育办学层次偏低、举办医学教育的学校增加速度过快、举办者过于复杂、医学教育学制混乱等结论。建议:加强医学教育宏观管理,控制医学教育规模,不断优化医学教育结构。
Objective： To analyze of the structure of higher medical education in China aiming at discovering their problems and relevant factors and to propose possible solutions of promoting the revolution and development of medical education. Data source and methods： Correlative data from Educational Statistics Yearbook of China （1987-2008） was analyzed by descriptive statistics under the indicators of proportion, etc. Re- salts and Conclusion： By analyzing the structure of higher medical educational institutions types, structure of their varieties, attachment, re- gional distribution, levels as well as their specialties, this research has drawn the following conclusions： the medical education levels are low- er; medical educational institutions increase too fast; medical educational institutions are too complex; school system of medical education is confusion, etc. Suggestions： Government should strengthen the macro-management of medical education, control the scale and optimize the structure of higher medical education in China.
