氮掺杂二氧化钛纳米管对染料废水的光催化降解性能 被引量:10

摘要 采用水热方法制备氮掺杂的二氧化钛纳米管(N-TiO2)光催化剂并进行光催化降解染料废水实验.结果表明:通过水热法可以制备出结构有序、排列均匀的二氧化钛纳米管;分别用不同体积分数的甲胺、丁胺水溶液为氮源对二氧化钛纳米管进行掺杂,发现用丁胺水溶液[V(丁胺)∶V(水)=1∶3]为氮源的氮掺杂二氧化钛催化剂,当煅烧温度为500℃时,在模拟太阳光下对玫瑰红染料废水的降解率最高,可以达到98%,表明N-TiO2催化剂对玫瑰红染料废水具有较好的光催化效果. The preparation of nitrogen-dopped titanium dioxide (N-TiO2) nanotube photocatalysts by hydrothermal method and their photocatalytic degradation of dye wastewater are investigated in this paper. The results show that the ordered and uniform structure of titanium dioxide nanotubes are constructed by hydrothermal method, and titanium dioxide nanotubes are doped with nitrogen by different concentrations of methylarnine and butylamine. The results show that the degradation efficiency is the best when butylamine solution (the volume ratio between butylarnine and water is 1 : 3) is nitrogen source and the calcinations temperature is 500 ℃, and the degradation efficiency attains to 98%.
