摘要
校企联办高水平运动队是高校体育融入市场、走社会化之路和培养创新型体育人才的必然趋势.运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,研究校企联办高水平运动队在丰富多元体育文化、整合社会体育资源、形成校体企发展长效机制、开展特色体育、打造体育品牌、推动校园精神文明建设等方面的社会价值,剖析校企联办高水平运动队目前存在的市场机制不健全、法规不完善、保障机制难以实现、训练与竞赛体系不完善、体育社会效应发挥不尽如人意等几个主要问题,提出校企联办高水平运动队的发展路径.
Jointly organizing the top-level sport teams by school and enterprise is an inevitable trend ofthe college sports into the market, taking the process of socialization and cultivating innovative sports talents. By using the method of literature consultation and logic analysis, firstly this paper in-vestigated the long-term mechanism on jointly organizing the top-level sport teams by school and en- terprise in rich multi-dimensional sports culture, integrating social physical recourse, forming the de-velopment of school and enterprise. Secandly this paper discussed the social value on providing the characteristic sports, making sports brand and promoting the campus spiritual civilization construc-tion and so on. Then, this paper analysed the main existing problems of jointly organizing the top-level sport teams by school and enterprise, such as the market mechanism is unhealthy, regulation is not perfect, guarantee mechanism is difficult to achieve, training and competition system is not per-fect, sports social effects play unsatisfactory, the level of college sports industrialization is low, shortage of funding to safeguard the physical training needs. Finally, we put forward the develop- ment path in the jointly organizing the top-level sport teams by school and enterprise.
