高效连铸是炼钢工艺流程中的一项系统技术。以技术集成的观点阐述了高效连铸、理解高效连铸的重要技术 ,即物流管制技术、钢包技术、中间包技术、二次冷却技术、连续矫直技术、保护渣技术等 ,对深入认识高效连铸。
High efficiency continuous casting is a systematic technology in the steelmaking process flow.The present paper expounds the important high efficiency continuous casting technology from the viewpoint of technological integralization which involves technologies of material flow control,ladle,tundish,secondary cooling,continuous levelling and covering flux.It will help readers more profoundly comprehend the significance of the high efficiency continuous casting and its related important technologies as well as their role in the practical application.
