板坯连铸结晶器内钢液流动数值模拟 被引量:14

NUMERICAL VALUE SIMULATION OF HOT METAL FLOWING IN SLAB CONCASTER MOULD

摘要 利用商业软件PHOENICS ,建立一个三维有限差分模型 ,对板坯连铸结晶器内钢液流动进行了数值模拟 ,重点研究了浸入式水口结构尺寸和工艺参数对连铸结晶器内液面紊动能和窄面冲击压力分布的影响 ,同时还将计算结果与水模实验结果进行了比较 。 Numerical value simulation of the hot metal flowing in the mould of the concaster has been made using a 3-dimensional finite differential model built with the commercial software PHOENICS. In the study the effects of the structural size and processing parameters of the submerged nozzle on the distribution of the turbulent flow energy at the liquid level and the impact pressure at the narrow side are emphatically investigated and in the mean while a comparison is made between the calculated value and the water modelling results. The outcome shows a good agreement between these two values.
