海洋自然资源条件对无居民海岛开发的影响评价 被引量:12

摘要 以无居民海岛大娥眉岭、小娥眉岭、背风墩为例,分析了这3个海岛的海洋自然资源条件,并建立海洋环境效应评价方法和指标体系。应用层次分析法确定指标权重,应用灰度分析方法对3个海岛进行了综合评价和对比,为海岛的开发利用和可持续发展决策提供基础依据。根据分析,认为制约无居民海岛开发的主要自然资源因素是离岸距离和淡水资源。 Da'emeiling,Xiao'emeiling and Beifengdun are three uninhabited islands. They locate in the Qinzhou bay. This paper took Da'emeiling, Xiao'emeiling and Beifengdun islands as the study area, and analyzed their marine natural resource conditions. An environmental effect assessment index system was introduced in the development of three islands. Index weights were determined by Analytical Hierrarchy Process. The comprehensive assessment and comparison of marine natural resource conditions of three islands were made by using the gray analysis method,which would provide the fundamental basis for the development and utilization of the islands. In my opinion, development of uninhabited island was restricted by the freshwater resources and the distance away from the coast.
