摘要
随着城乡建设用地需求与土地资源有限性之间的矛盾愈来愈突出,开展城乡建设用地布局优化研究显得尤为重要。本文以宾川县为例,运用GIS空间分析技术和AHP方法对宾川县城乡建设用地适宜性进行评价、城乡建设用地现状合理性进行分析,并在此基础上对宾川县城乡建设用地布局优化进行了定量分析和研究,为新一轮土地利用总体规划中新增城乡建设用地安排合理空间,对指导城乡建设用地合理布局、节约集约利用土地等具有重要的现实意义。
With more and more prominent contradiction between the requirement of rural-urban construction land and the limitation of land resource, the optimization of rural-urban construction used land were particularly important. This paper took BinChuan country as an study case, using GIS spatial analysis and AHP methods on Binchuan Country rural-urban construction land suitability evaluation, then analyzed the distribution optimization of rural-urban construction quantitatively, for a new round of land use planning in rural-urban construction land will be reasonable arrangement of space. And in sense, this study is very necessary and of significance for rural- urban construction land with reason and saving the used land.
