摘要
本文运用3S技术和生态系统服务功能价值相结合的方法,探讨土地转移机会成本核算的一个新视角,为土地转移生态补偿标准的确定提供依据。研究结果表明:在1986-2006年期间,福州市土地利用结构发生了较大的变化,其中发生变化的土地利用面积为46578.45 hm2,占福州市土地利用总面积的4%;1986-2006年福州市各土地利用类型转移的机会成本分别为耕地>未利用土地>建设用地>林地>水体,单位面积机会成本从大到小依次为:8.02×104元.hm-2、7.85×104元.hm-2、7.25×104元.hm-2、-6.37×104元.hm-2、-16.83×104元.hm-2。
The purpose of this study was to provide a new perspective to evaluate the opportunity cost of the transformation matrix of land use, and provide the theory basis to make up the eco-compensation standards. Methods used were 3S technique and ecosystem service value. The results indicate that, during 1986 and 2006, the area of the transformation land was 465.78 km2, which accounted for 4% of the total area of Fuzhou city. The order of the opportunity cost of land type were cultivated land 〉 un-used land 〉 construction land 〉 forest land 〉 water area, and the unit area cost of each land type were 80.2 thousand yuan · hm-2, 78.5 thousand yuan · hm-2, 72.5 thousand yuan · hm-2, -63.7 thousand yuan ·hm-2, 168.3 thousand yuan ·hm-2.
