摘要
在内外环境变化的背景下,为推动福建省县域经济快速发展,福建省制定了"十二五"县域经济发展目标。但该发展目标仍存在一些值得商榷的地方:如过分注重GDP、地方财政收入总量指标,忽视人均指标与结构指标等。为此,对福建省"十二五"县域经济发展目标提出新构想。
Under the background of internal and external environmental changes,to promote the rapid development of county economy in Fujian Province,Fujian province formulated county economic development goals of ＂12th Five-year＂.However,the development goals still have some questionable： such as too much emphasis on GDP,the total local fiscal revenue targets and ignore the per capita indicators and structural indicators.Hence,the paper formulated new ideas on county economic development goals of ＂12th Five-year＂.
