研究环境保护投入效益最大化首先必须研究环保投入目标、环保投入类型、环保投入方法。环境保护投入效益最大化具体表现为环保投入形式的优化,环保投入方法的优化,环保投入在空间上的优化,环保投入在行业上的优化,环保投入在污染源上的优化,环保投入在污染链上的优化。
To study the benefit maximization of environmental protection input must first study environmental input objectives,type and method.The benefit maximization of environmental protection input embodies the optimization of environmental protection input form,method,space and the optimization in the industry,the sources of pollution and the pollution chain.
