摘要
目的观察解郁颗粒治疗冠状动脉支架植入术后抑郁状态的临床疗效,分析解郁颗粒治疗冠状动脉支架植入术后抑郁状态的可能机制。方法将68例冠状动脉支架植入术后出现抑郁状态的病人随机分为两组。对照组32例应用黛力新治疗,治疗组36例应用解郁颗粒治疗。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论解郁颗粒治疗冠状动脉支架植入术后抑郁状态,疗效肯定,且与西药黛力新比较副作用小,服用方便、费用低、见效快,很容易被病人接受。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and analysize the mechanism of jieyu grains in depressive patients who were administered coronary artery stents.Methods 68 patients who accepted coronary artery stent therapy and presented depressive state,were divided into 2 groups randomly.The control group（32 patients） was treated with Deanxit,whereas the therapeutic group（36 patients） was treated with jieyu grains.Results There was no significant difference about total effective rate between the control and treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Jieyu grains have precise efficiency in treatment of depressive state in those patient administered coronary artery stents,and have less negative effects than Deanxit.Jieyu grains si covenient,low-cost fast-effective and acceptable to patients.
