摘要
以单聚合物组元石蜡基粘结剂PWEVA和PWHDPE作为对比,选择具有良好喂料流变学性能的PWEVAHDPE多聚合物组元石蜡基粘结剂,研究其脱脂保形性和分步快速脱脂过程。研究结果表明:采用分步快速脱脂曲线,PWEVAHDPE粘结剂中的PW、EVA、HDPE可分别在350℃、420℃、500℃有序地分为3步依次脱除,该粘结剂体系具有最佳的脱脂保形性能。
The fast debinding of binders in metal injection molding(MIM) is required. In this paper, the shape retention properties and the step by step fast debinding process of the wax based binder of multi polymer component (PW EVA HDPE)binder are studied and compared to those of the wax based binder of mono polymer component (PW EVA and PW HDPE)binders. It has been found that PW, EVA and HDPE in the PW EVA HDPE binder could be removed from as molded parts at 350℃, 420℃ and 500℃, respectively. The PW EVA HDPE binder has the best shape retention properties. The shrinkage homogeneity and mechanical properties of the final finished product are also the best.
