摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病合并冠心病病人冠状动脉造影特点。方法对68例2型糖尿病合并冠心病病人和62例非糖尿病冠心病病人冠状动脉造影资料进行统计分析。结果冠状动脉造影结果显示:2型糖尿病合并冠心病病人受累血管数目较多,多支病变多于单支病变,且弥漫性病例多见,均显著高于非糖尿病冠心病病人(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并冠心病病人的冠状动脉血管受累明显较非糖尿病病人严重且病变更为弥漫。
Objective To study the clinical manifestations and coronary artery disease features in coronary heart disease（CHD） patient s with type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM）.Methods Patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography were involved in the present study,in which 68 patient s with DM as the observation group and 62 patient s without DM as the control group.The clinical characters and coronary angiographic features were analyzed.Results Age,sex,hypertension,and smoking history had no significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The Rate of chest pain in the observation group were significantly higher than the cont rol group.Conclusion Compared with non-DM patients,the DM patients have more sivere and extensive coronary lesions.
